This spring, our team ventured out into the Cincinnati community with two goals in mind: gathering data for our Environmental Risk Exposure Survey and connecting with people who share our mission. We went to the Cincinnati Earth Day Festival and the Cincinnati Zoo!
Earth Day at the Cincinnati Earth Day Festival
On April 19th, we set up at the Cincinnati Earth Day Festival surrounded by passionate advocates and community members who care about the world around them. Our Cincinnati-based team interviewed local organizations and collected responses for the Environmental Risk Exposure Survey, a research project designed to better understand how everyday environmnetal factors affect people in our region.
Data Collection at the Cincinnati Zoo
Next stop was the Cincinnati Zoo. Beyond being one of the most beloved destinations in the city, the Zoo brought us an opportunity to pitch ourselves to the community. On a Thursday evening, we set up a poster and table to teach people about LinkMind, and we got multiple responses for our Environmental Risk Exposure Survey!
We will continue our projects over the summer!
